In Crans-Montana, culture and the arts take a real pride of place, with lots of important cultural establishments in this field. For example, the Fondation Opale, recently installed on the Crans-Montana plateau, has already won over the public and aims to create a permanent dialogue between Aboriginal and Contemporary Art . Bienalsur has also chosen the Haut Plateau region as their preferred location for a route that links 6 works of art by leading international artists, and which is accessible to the public until March 2020.
The Vision Art Festival, an event where urban art leaves the big cities and makes an impression in the heart of the Alps, just like the Cirque au Sommet, a performance show in a big top which bathes Crans-Montana in its magical artistic universe every summer, and not forgetting the five galleries in Crans-Montana, represent just some of our cultural diversity.
Finally, the Art & Collections Museum by the Fondation Bernard & Caroline de Wattewile opens its doors again this summer, to the delight of art fans.
